This Green Tea Smoothie is a vehicle for green tea’s antioxidants, but also anti-inflammatory omega 3 fats from flax and hemp seeds and phytonutrients from fresh greens.
- ¾ cup cooled green tea
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen pineapple or mango
- 1 packed cup baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon well-stirred almond butter
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
